Archive: Comprehensive Review of the Northwest Energy System

The comprehensive regional review of the status and prospects of the Pacific Northwest region's energy industry, convened by the four governors of the Northwest states, took place for most of 1996. It was conducted by a Steering Committee reflecting a wide range of energy industry, environmental, social and economic interests.

During 1996, the 20 members of the Steering Committee of the Comprehensive Review of the Northwest Energy System worked to develop the recommendations contained in their final report. This archive holds the documents and planning pieces leading up to the final report.
